The Grill

The Grill opened in 1981, and is the second oldest restaurant in downtown Athens. It is a 1950's style diner, open 24 hours a day, and a favorite spot for students, faculty, local artists, musicians and business people. It is also a sentimental favorite for me, as I spent a lot of time in this diner as a law student.

Glad to see a restaurant with longevity... my favorite university restaurant, The Torch, at UT Knoxville, is no longer there. Hope you went in and enjoyed a good meal and some good memories while you were there!
