The Tupolev A-3 is amphibious and can easily glide along the top of snow or water, even at top speed. It has a maximum draft of only 2 inches, so it can operate in any body of water. It capabilities are so amazing in the tundra and other harsh environments that it would be perfect for a James Bond movie!
