Brunch at Canoe

I'm taking a one day break from the NYC series to show you Alex and me at brunch a couple of days ago. We had a lovely brunch at Canoe, one of the prettiest restaurants in Atlanta. From our table, we had an amazing view of the beautiful Chattahoochee River. For those of you who are following my fitness campaign, I have lost a total of 55 pounds now. Tomorrow, we return to NYC.

Great photo of the two of you! You look great! I'm not sure what your fitness campaign is, but 55 pounds is success!!! Maybe that tomato juice and celery stick is all that you are consuming? :)

Goodness me Danny, 55lbs is an incredible amount of weight loss, how have you done it? I could do with some tips!!

@seanoneill Sean, it took one year of daily exercise (mostly long distance walking) and changing my eating habits (I now eat much less food and much healthier food). It was a lifestyle change, not a diet. I walk for 90 - 120 minutes per day and only eat when I am hungry.
