What a difference a year makes! The change from the 1962 Corvette (see my project for the previous two days) to the 1963 Sting Ray was the difference between night and day and was the most dramatic model change ever in the history of the Corvette.
The 1962 Corvette was the final model year of the C1, which was introduced in 1953. The 1963 Corvette was the first model year of the C2, which looked like a space ship compared to the C1.
Tomorrow we will see the iconic feature that is unique to the 1963 Corvette.
