The Graduate

Here is my youngest son, Jake along with yours truly. Jake graduated from high school (with honors) yesterday and I am a proud dad. Congratulations, Jake! (Also a chance to show you the new me, now 50 pounds lighter).

@michaelelliott Thanks and congratulations to your son! It took me one year to lose 50 pounds - I exercised daily (usually walked for one hour a day, sometimes cycled or ran but mostly walked) and ate healthier food and less food.
