My wife and I were taking some shots of the Sparrows and Nuthatches at the bird feeder on our front deck when I saw this Hawk, at eye level, sitting on a branch of the Oak Tree in our driveway. The reason he didn't turn around to look at us, even though we were only about 6 feet away, was the Coyote, who we saw coming up our neighbors' driveway. All this was happening in broad daylight at about 4pm PST. Wow!
