@kali66 this is seriously the best camera lens combo I have ever used. I am lucky enough to have access to a Nikon D800,7100 as well as a host of film cameras. This beats them all hands down. It is only a f3.5 lens.
I came for a visit because of @spanner 's suggestion that I ask you about where to photograph in North Island and I'm rewarded with a wonderful image like this one! Worth photographing in the rain for sure!
@jyokota Hello - Thank you for visiting and commenting. The North Island is filled with wonderful beeches, bays, landscapes and characters. To be honest I have not been much outside of Auckland with my camera so it is hard to advise you where to go or what to see. It also depends on the kind of photography you want to do. Sorry if that is a little vague.
@spanner -- I have a pretty eclectic style in photography -- everything from nature to street, macro to landscape. I especially like photographing what captures a "sense of place" while traveling.
