Thanks for the visit to my pics and comments on my helios lens . My sony a6000 is a powerhouse little camera and adapting it for legacy lenses is so easy with focus peaking . That said yoj should be able to buy an adapter for m42 mounts ( the normal helios mount ) to nikon so your current set up is versatile . I have a collection of old lenses , i love using them. @phil_howcroft Cheers Phil - cracking images. I love vintage lenses having a heap of old Nikon Glass which works on the modern bodies (why I love Nikon). I have always been tempted by the helios, but have to spend too much for infinity focus version and also believe that the famous swirly bokeh only really popped on full frame bodies. Looking at your pictures I am seriously tempted - my wife would kill me. Thanks for the follow.
@spanner I recently bought an M42 to EOS adapter (about £15) to allow me to use Helios and other M42 lenses on my Canon 60D. My £5-00 Helios lenses focus OK to infinity
