Our very dear friend Linda held a cocktail brunch which was a blast! The attendees were part bartender friends, part cocktail aficionado friends, and the theme was to have the non-bartenders make cocktails for the bartenders (and each other, of course). Linda provided the food, including these incredible tacos. On the left is pork belly, and on the right is paiche. So amazing, I wanted to eat a dozen of them!
