Fried Green Tomatoes

Got green tomatoes in our CSA, so this was my first attempt at making fried green tomatoes. They turned out ok, but I used a 'healthier' frying method, which made them a little too crunch and not juicy enough. Unfortunately for us, one little dog liked them a LOT and snuck off to finish the plate when we weren't looking!
