The inaugural Pittsburgh Cocktail Week has begun! We started things off at Industry Public House in Lawrenceville, where they were featuring one of their signature drinks, the Smokestack. It is made with rye whiskey, bitters, maple syrup, and mesquite wood chips, then set on fire. Pretty neat!
