Yes, I make myself breakfast on my birthday! We got some delicious pork belly from Marty's Market (sourced exclusively from North Woods Ranch - happy animals!), made porchetta with it, then put it in a breakfast potato hash, served with eggs on top and brown-butter truffle radishes & French 75s! DELISH!
