I still haven't taken a picture today, but I have had a glass or two of wine. At this point I could either take a picture of the wine or post this lovely shot I took on Thanksgiving when I was walking off the pie. The view from the other side of this hill was posted here: http://365project.org/stephomy/365/2013-11-28
@byrdlip I live in such an urban area that I've been trying to find the beauty in a lot of the man-made structures around me...or at least affection, hence the dinosaurs.
@stephomy I once saw a TV program, the main subject I can't remember, but one of the segments centered around a pagoda and showed an old Japanese man doing a painting of the pagoda. Your photo reminds me of what the films crew captured (poles, wires, houses, trees) and what the painter found (pagoda and its landscape). I think that is what I am doing, seeing the near ridge and the Olympics with the sunset behind.
This is lovely... what a wonderful mixture of lights. I love the effect they make.
Thanks for my challenge... it will be a challenge to get a shot of someone working as I can't take a photo in school but I'll see what I can conjure up. Perhaps I'll get a shot of one of my teenagers doing the ironing or washing up (hahahahah hysterical laughter).
I love your shots of the area you live in, and your eye for detail is great. Have you subjected yourself to a selfie yet? I couldn't find one. So my challenge to you is either a selfie or (if you really hate the idea, which I could understand), how about a forced perspective shot? Let me know if that's ok :)
@stephomy Sounds a great idea, only do what makes you comfortable ... I had to do one for a get-pushed challenge early in December and made it SC (I had a red santa hat on) which helped me face it much better :)
