I took this picture and then felt a rain drop on my arm. I wisely put my camera in a plastic bag, and then in my waterproof pannier saddle bag. Moments later lightening flashed and thunder cracked. Next thing I knew I saw the storm coming at me and just had to brace for impact. I rode my bike home as fast as I could. I got soaked to the bone. Now I am sitting here in some dry clothes, and the sun is shining. I was hoping to catch the eclipse, but obviously I got distracted.
