Surfbird not Killdeer

@stephomy It's not killdeer...I have those in my parking lot. Though I'm not good with the West Coast birds, but we think maybe a "Surfbird." I'd love to see one someday. @houser934 Yes your guess seems to be correct. A few other people have identified it as a Surfbird as well.
