I am not from sheep country -- I have never seen lambs covered in coats before. To keep them warm, or clean?

@steveandkerry My father raised cattle on the Canadian prairies. He didn't raise sheep because, he said, "They don't want to live very bad. A sheep is always looking for a place to lay down and die."
