So I ventured out this afternoon to the nearby A40 road that goes in and out of West London. I've been over the bridge on foot hundreds of times and tonight decided to head out for a photograph. A 4-mile round trip on foot complimented a good couple of hours on the bridge.
I can honestly say it's not easy. Composition, nice looking trails, the star effect of the lights from the iris blades. I was there a while and my hands nearly went completely numb due to the cold snap we're having in the UK. But I really enjoyed it and i'm determined to get better at this! I really respect everyone who does well at this.
@florrie Thank you...I can't help but think it's all a bit amateurish at the moment but at least being on here will help. So many amazing photographers so there is endless inspiration. Hopefully it'll rub off on me a little. Really enjoying your work too...keep it up!
@stevecameras I can imagine you find your own pix amateurish, working as an image guy and all :) To me they look pretty professional, but I guess you should never be completely satisfied, leaves room for improvement. Thanks for the encouragement!
