Had a good day today...got up very early to see my 'friend' off to work (05:30am!!!) and then spent a bit of time catching up with 365 emails and checking out some great photos. After a lot of strong coffee :) and some breakfast I headed to work.
After 2 hours in the car I spent the day in the Midlands with my colleagues in a very wet football ground getting ready for a match tomorrow.
We only had 8 cameras to put in for tomorrow's game and it couldn't have gone worse. Well it could, but it took ages to get it all set up. Very annoying and tedious, especially in the damp weather, and we finished ages after we should have done. Eventually we got back to the hotel and went out locally to find good curry...!
I had no time during today's work to take a picture so I decided it would be easy to snap one of me. I don't consider this at all good, but...it does reflect how I am feeling.
Despite the bother getting the kit to work and set up for tomorrow, I have been in a good mood pretty much all day. I am looking forward to tomorrow's game, and looking forward to the next few days too with a couple of interesting jobs and, I get to see my family next weekend. And this morning I woke up next to a pretty woman so...life's pretty good.
