I took this in the departure lounge at Terminal 5 yesterday evening just before boarding.
I didn't have much time and was conscious of being asked to put my camera away but was very keen to get yesterday's shot at the airport.
I saw these seats and the queue in the background and thought it might work. Had I shot a slightly faster shutter speed, the woman at the end of the row of seats would have been more visible whilst rushing to her flight, but I still think it came out ok.
@eyesmile@gailmmeek Thank you and no I didn't. And hopefully won't again...currently waiting for a brand new Fuji X20 to be delivered so will be able to blend in a lot more!
love all the lines in this - I wouldn't worry too much about having a camera out in the airport - I used to do it all the time last year - 3-4 flights a week - only got asked to move on a couple of times!
@sparkle Thank you. And I do try and not to worry too much but always keeping an eye out. Should take delivery of a brand new Fuji X20 any day now which i'm hoping will make me look a little less 'pro'.
