Day 116 - A SchNAP Of A Schneider

Hope the title makes sense - meant to read 'A SNAP of...' but as it's a Schneider lens I thought that it work...maybe not :)

Still in Taunton for this picture and we went out into the country to a village where one of my colleagues grew up. We had food and drink in his family's local pub and I also had a quick 15 minute chat with my colleagues Dad at their house which is right next to the pub. He showed me his camera collection which includes a few wooden box-plate cameras, a Brownie the size of a shoe box, a very well kept Nikon F2, an old Bronica, a few rangefinders, and also this beauty. It's a 5x4 camera that was originally designed for technical/scientific photography. It was awesome. The engineering on the thing was amazing and I fell in love, so I had to include a shot of it for today.
Don't worry, that title Totally made sense to me. Ha! :) Wow, sounds like your friends Dad has a wealth of a collection of cameras. this one is a real beaut.
