Another day yesterday where time ran out, and grabbing a shot for the day was almost impossible. I wish I had more time to take better shots. I look at some of the photos on here and wish I could shoot as well as some people, and would love more time to play. I was thinking of getting to the end of the year and not continuing the project into a Year 2.
But then I take a shot like this and somehow feel that I need to keep going and push myself harder to get better, and produce more photos that I can be happy with.
Don't beat yourself up Steve, we all feel like that at times, and you lead a very busy life. I think this project is all about feast and famine and the journey itself. Keep going, you're doing great!
You do really well & holding down a full time job at the same time....I don't know how people have the time!!! Love your clouds here ...that sky is so pretty! On the second year you don't have to be as strict with your self anyway!
I think one of the hardest parts of a project like this is accepting that not every shot is a 'winner'.
Your shots are fab. I find the best way to keep going is to flick through your last couple of months and realise that you're pleased you kept going.
