I think my photo titles are getting stranger.
It's referring to the light leak added in post, but also the fact that I was not anywhere near sharp focus while she was on the swing.
I wanted a quick shot of her hair flowing through the air as she swung back and forth because she lets it loose and it really flies - really quite spectacularly - but it was hard to get her to swing, and nail the focus and frame up in the very sort space of time I had.
So when I got back and looked at the shot out of focus, and with the f2 lens, and her pose I thought I'd make it look a little retro with some grain, the tones and the light leak to try and give it a very candid feel.
