Day 266, Year 2 - Tuesday On The Third At Gleneagles

This hole at Gleneagles featured a lot in my week of photos at the Ryder Cup. The direction of the sun coming up over the hill to the left of frame made for some gorgeous light over what is also a very cool hole to play....! (One day if I am lucky I may get up here to actually play it...!)

It's just a golf course on one hand, but on the other, it really is a lovely piece of landscaping surrounded by amazing Scottish countryside. The fact that the sun came out almost everyday made for an excellent week of work and photos.
