After 2 years of living in this house I had packed my things, and the pile of boxes next to me was all that was left ready to be packed into my car in a few days time upon my return from working in Cambridge. Even though not my last night in London itself, it was the last night in the house. After working during the day in base, I had spent the evening packing my things and cleaning the place up ready for when my housemates returned a couple of days later, so not much time for a photo. This seemed apt given the occasion.
@stevecameras Hey Steve. I went to Cambridge two weeks ago to take my eldest son for an interview at the university (Corpus Christi College). I spent quite a bit of time opposite a gorgeous building, outside which were some CTV vans for a few days - was that you guys?
@jyokota This is the car load. I also left some things at my work base, and have had some things with my sister for the last 2 years or so. One day hopefully, I can settle and find somewhere to put all my stuff together once and for all!

Given my work based has moved out of London as well as my daughter and her family moving I have decided to move back in with my folks for a year and save on London rent given that for a lot of the year I am not there. I'm also keen to build some saving's up and over the year, I can do quite nicely out of not having to pay rent. After that...I am not sure...!
@jyokota I am moving home to a county called Norfolk on the east coast of England. I decided due to my work base moving out of London, and my daughter moving with her family that I would use it as an opportunity to save on the high London rent prices for a year and bolster my savings account. After that...who knows...but for know they are happy with it and with the money I will save, I am too! :)
