Yesterday I was up very early to capture a sunrise which wasn't as dramatic in the end, but still nice to be up and about to see it.
I got this rather more gentle scene than I had hoped for, with the end of the Yas Viceroy hotel to the left and some floodlights of the Formula 1 track in the foreground.
3 good things:
1 - Waking up in the second most comfortable bed I've ever slept in
2 - The 25 minute hot shower I had that evening
3 - Listening to the Today programme via the web as company during my evening in my hotel room. I love being away but a home comfort like this is nice :)
