Taken weeks ago now in July when I was having a slow day travelling across London from one hotel to another before flying out from Heathrow the following morning.
I was taking my bags from north London to the airport and went through Baker Street, and decided to try and capture the shot for the day while I had time on my hands. I tried a few long exposures of trains going past but settled on a portrait of the lady sat on the bench across from me on the opposite platform.
Baker Street is a very pretty station and the bricks and the lit arches that you can see here make for a great picture.
3 good things:
1 - Lovely having a wander through central London with my camera.
2 - Coffee from a favourite Soho coffee house
3 - Seeing an old housemate of mine that afternoon
