The title is a TV reference to slow-motion replays, but I am only expecting about 6 of my colleagues to get it when I start handing it around for people to try.
This is a little left over after bottling the first Kilner jar's worth into small 100ml bottles. This is just over a 2-month brew here, and I have another Kilner jar which I will do next month for a 3-month brew. I must admit it's delicious, very sweet and a lovely gorgeous colour. After filtering the fruit through a jelly bag, I then put the liquid through coffee filter papers 3 times with a new paper each time, and then into the bottles. The final gin is lovely and goes great with cheese.
