Day 128, Year 4 - Hotel New York, Rotterdam

The Hotel New York in Rotterdam is one of the nicest spots in the city, and I spent a bit of time there last Saturday night for some food and a few photographs.

After a great run around this area with the best sunlight all weekend, including a lovely big pink cloud, I went back as soon as I had showered and changed and although the light has gone for the most part it was still a lovely evening.

I sat and watched the locals eating dinner outside the hotel, had some food myself before taking some photographs here and of the Erasmus Bridge before heading back to my hotel room. Pics of the Erasmus can be seen here:

3 good things:

1 - Good rehearsal day ready for the UFC the following day
2 - A great run across the Erasmus Bridge as the evening light shone across the sky
3 - Great food at the HNY and a wander with my camera around the Erasmus
Great shot! I like the contrast of old and new, and light and dark.
