Taken last week when my nephew was over for the day, and I decided I wanted to go to the beach for a paddle and an ice cream. And that's exactly what we did. Jolly nice it was too :)
3 good things:
1 - Getting a much needed haircut in the morning
2 - Paddling and playing at the beach and an ice cream, with Toby, and my folks
3 - A run along the promenade, my first in two weeks
