A quick shot taken at the Lords Cricket Ground in central London a couple of weeks ago, ahead of the match the following day between England and Pakistan.
Lords is the 'home of cricket' and it;s always lovely being there, whether it be during a roaring match with a great crowd or on a day like there where there is almost no one around. It helps when the weather plays ball too :)

2 - A really good 5 mile run from Swiss Cottage to Regent's Park and back
3 - Pizza and beer for dinner with colleagues
