Taken this morning as I write this, this is my gorgeous daughter Alexis balancing on a fallen tree in Ashridge forest in the Chilterns, on the border of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Her name has had various nicknames including Lexi LouLou which has changed at times to just LouLou, or LouBell as I frequently call her, hence the title.
She was with her mum and brothers in Dunstable briefly to see her grandparents for the weekend, and given it's not far from west London where I currently am living, I decided it would be a good opportunity to go up and spend quality time with her before they headed home to the south coast.
Just 3 hours with her is enough to do something fun, and to help bring me back to normal after less than 12 hours before having watched two men beat the crap out of each other in the ring at the Joshua/Klitschko fight in London.
It's good for my soul, and hopefully it continues to cement the bond we have.
1 - Good to get up and spend some quality time with Alexis
2 - A good run late afternoon before dinner
3 - A chance to chill at home sorting things out - I've still not settled since moving away from home
