The waiting room in our IVF clinic. We had to wait a long time to be seen and we both felt hungry, sick and tired by the end of it. We were so hoping we could start IVF right away, but sadly it’s not to be. We need to come home, take medication and come back in a few months time. We’ve changed our flights and will be heading back in a few days. For the remainder of our time in Istanbul, we’ll have some more bloods taken and then spent a little bit of time resting and recuperating. The mental strain of infertility cannot be underestimated.
