Yesterday was one of the most stressful travel experiences of my life. Turkey has just been put onto the red list so the airport was manic with people trying to get home before being forced into hotel quarantine and airport staff trying to adapt to all of these new rules. After some confusion with our documents (and £45 spent on data roaming in the airport trying to figure it out 😫) we were allowed through security. I was so happy to be home - I had a nap, a bath and ate some tomato soup in bed. Sometimes only Heinz will do.
Sometimes home is the best and safest place to be. So so glad you are back and OK. The plan continues and so do you but now, it's best to be in a good, familiar, comforting place. Your family loves you so so much.
