@lmsa@helenhall Hi Louise, hi Helen, thanks for asking how I am. I'm doing okay but not yet everyday great. I guess that I'm too impatient and that time will tell (and heal I hope). I survived a pretty windy sailing tour and was doing okay half of the time ;) I have to discover my boundaries ;) My stomach was fine ;)
