Quite by accident, we found ourselves in London at the time of Thatcher's funeral. Our hotel was just down the road from Whitehall but we stayed well away from the area until she was safely in St Paul's !. Walking around Whitehall/Trafalgar Square area was quite spooky - no cars, very few people but 100's of Police. I decided this collage gave a good representation of what we saw yesterday

OMG, you definitely showed the attendance of the event. CNN showed views with more people. It shows Britons's opinion of Thatcher, but I think she played an important role in world democracy at a very important time in history.
