Everyone knows these cute creatures thanks to their fame on the T.V ad but seeing them for real was incredible. They stand like this to warm their tummies in the sun before going off for the day to build more burrows, feed etc
Instant FAV! I love meerkats and this is just such a typical image. I wonder which park you were in, we went to Kgalagadi and the meerkats had been wiped out by a virus, only now just beginning to return.
