15.12.13 Wedding Cake Trial

what a fun day today - my eldest daughter and her fiancé came to visit and we made 3 different flavoured cakes as a trial for the wedding day next April. This one, White Chocolate and Coconut with Mango and Lime Buttercream was delicious. They had a cake cutting practice too !!
