What a striking shot Ian, so clear and the expression in those eyes is so human like. I've decided since doing this Project cats and owls have the best expressions in the animal kingdom!

Everyone goes through what they think is an uninspired patch
Have you joined get pushed challenges, they are great if you can find the time, you need only do one a week?
Have you a macro lens, or can you do that fancy turn your lens around the opposite way?
change things up to entertain your brain, you have a style, a beautiful style, and although THEY say it's what a photographer should strive for, I don't believe it to be true. Do you only cook English food? Do you cook Thai even though you are not....if you get what I mean...u know gigi babble.

@gigiz Hey :) Thanks .... great pep talk, very much needed and appreciated, chin was starting to drop ! I shall have a ponder on how I can change things up. I'm very much a photographer of 'the found moment' rather than one with the imagination to create images, I think that's why you amongst only a very few others are one of my favourite photographers on this site, you actually fascinate me in fact. Thanks for the compliment too GiGi. Oh and I do love Thai food btw, cook it quite a lot, funny, as my Saturday mornings at the moment are spent at Thai cooking classes !! lol ..I know that wasn't quite your point but the coincidence of the analogy made me smile :)
