I started my photo-a-day project on September 6th, 2004 on livejournal, transferred it here around 2011. All photos were taken on the day they're posted...
@misschuff - Thanks. The harris shutter is where you take 3 photos and combine them. But one is taken with a blue filter, one with a red filter and one with a green filter. The parts of the image that are stationary have natural colors. The parts that are moving have strange color shifts to them.
This is 3 long exposure images where the clouds were streaking by.
oh WOW! I am waiting for my IR and have blues but none others except for the GD ND's, some stars (coming) ND400 and CP x2 to cross out any further light .... Will play when they all come together.
@misschuff - you can also apply the filters in post processes and no one will know. Just open it in RGB, then take one channel from each photo and then combine them. Same effect without the hassle of filters.
But if you do have filters, you can create this color shot with B&W film. I've done it once just to prove I can.
