You took this shot with a slow shutterspeed right? I can see the movement in the trees and water. I have been trying for some time to do accomplish this technique. What time of day was the photo taken?
Yup, my shutter speed was 5 seconds. This was shot in the middle of the day - 3:30pm. It was pretty windy so you can see the movement in the trees.
I was able to do this because I have a B+W ND1000 filter. It cuts 10 stops worth of light. Without this filter, my shutter speed would have been around 1/200 second.
