I woke up at 5.00 am and went to shoot the sunrise. There was no sunrise, only this but I´m not really complaining, I love mist, it makes everything so mysterious.
And yes this is the sea, I know it looks like a lake but it´s the sea, trust me. SOOC as well.
I´m little behind on commenting but will catch up with you tomorrow.
Wow it does look like a lake. It is so beautiful... even with the mist there is lovely reflection. The mist really makes the photo...and even though no spectacular sunrise the light is lovely!
Wow! Wonderful on so many levels.
1) that you can get out of bed at 5am. I am not sure a time like that really exists!
2) the mist is GORGEOUS! stunning. It's calming, yet mysterious.
3) this should be the cover of an album or a novel or something.

@petaqui Thank you Petaqui, sure technically speaking the sun did rise but it was too misty to get any good pics of it and unfortenately I wake up at 5.00 am pretty much every morning even thou I really would not want to

I love reflections and I was happy about them too, sun is about to rise so it´s pretty light but cos of the mist there really was no real sunsise but as I said I´m really not cmplaining, love the mist

As for the first, well unfortenately I have been waking up at 5.00 am every morning regardless what day it is, really not enjoying it but I´m, pretty happy that I actually got up and went to the beach to actually shoot some pics.
Very eerie and magical feeling... I think mist beats sunrise :) Pieni nipo siitä että horisontti ei oo ihan suorassa ;) Tällanen kuva olis makee myös ihan maan tasalta otettuna.
@janim Saat aina nipottaa :) Joo totta, vähän heittää tuo horisontti tässä, ehkä olis ollu suorempiakin otoksia mut en suoraan sanottuna jaksanut niitä kaikkia yöllä ees käydä läpi, nappasin vaan päältä sellasen, ku miellytti sävymaailmaltaan silmää. No maantasalle tässä ei pääse, kun oon laiturilla ja veden päällä, mut kyllähän mä siellä istuinkin, olis toki voinut heittäytyä aivan villiksi ja makaamaankin, hyvä pointtivinkki, kiitos :) Ja kylläh usva peittoaa auringonnousun anytime!
@susale ei vältiks tarvii makoillakkaan, mä teen usein niin että haen ensin fokuksen kuntoon "normaaliasennossa" ja sit laitan manuaalifokuksen päälle niin ei tarvii siitä huolehtia. Sitten laitan kameran maahan jonkun päälle, soveltaen sitä hernepussi-kikkaa. Mä olen käyttänyt mm. mun tossua alustana, tossun kärki on vähän jäykempi niin saa linssin siihen lepäämään eikä kamera nuupahda nokalleen :)
