The mind boggles! When we toured Oz we did a 4 wheel drive round Uluru and kings canyon called the mereenie loop -- not as exciting a drive as we hoped but we kept seeing old washing machines at the side of the road!

Twice a year a truck travels to Pukatja, crushes all the old car wrecks and removes them. They keep piling up though.
