I often make focaccia from scratch. If you aren't familiar with this delicious Italian bread, it is made with rosemary and lots of olive oil with coarse salt sprinkled on top.
I was making a pasta dish that would have tasted good with focaccia, but I didn't have time to make it. Instead, I took this Naan round, popped it in the toaster, drizzled on some olive oil, and sprinkled it with salt and rosemary. Voila! Faux caccia!
