This looks like a double exposure, but it is just a photograph of a puddle with fallen leaves in the puddle and a reflection of leaves from the tree above.
Maple leaves too? I love the shape of maple leaves. Also don't have many of those here. I'm sorry I'm late with your challenge. Hold on ... something will be coming.
