I just started a new composite competition. Neither original was my work. They are from the NASA archives and the Netherlands National Archives. I just wanted to provide a sample for the new theme: Revisionist History
Ha, this is really good fun! I have a friend who worked for NASA and was a physicist who worked on designing the landing gear for the first moon landing among other things, so my ears always prick up when I see NASA on any post! Amazing people. Fab image combo.
@casablanca I did a teensy bit of work on the Space Shuttle. While in college, I worked for a company that developed the actuator for the rudder speed brake.
