this is Mount Panorama at Bathurst in NSW where Australias biggest car race is held each october.....it has been on my bucket list to do a couple of laps of this iconic track and here we are at the end of conrod straight....a fantastic feeling being king of the mountain in the mazda...
My middle son, 18 years old, just saw this and said "sweet as!!!". I would have liked to see you doing a hot lap with the van hitched up……LOL. A very iconic spot and glad you got to tick one off the bucket list.
This is a Super shot,I use to go to my relatives place in Bathurst when i was a child for holidays.
We would sit at the top of the Mountain & have ice cream.
It's a great track & if I remember it's now only got a speed limit of 60 km,lol....so much fun has been had here,just have to watch the cops,lol....

I did a few laps of this in my younger days when I had a Mini Cooper S. Got booked once :-( Last time I did a lap it was very sedately in a Land Rover.
@terryliv ...yeah the police are pretty strict on 60km per hr...there are two corners where 60 k's is still too fast for me..those bathurst racers are pretty good doing 1000 k's here...
