We visited Bruneau Sand Dunes over the weekend. Hubby and I did the toughest hike of our lives, 6 miles in the sand, a good portion was climbing and hiking the ridge of North America's highest single-structured sand dune (470 feet high), not to mention when we took a wrong turn and added another mile and a half to our hike. It was quite an adventure.
