Arcades are one of her favorite places to go. She always says "Let's go somewhere fun, like...," ending it with one of the many of these arcade/fun zone type places we have in town. I treated her today since she was nervous (as was I) for an appointment she had in the afternoon. There was something about her today that seemed so grown up...perhaps the way she had me do her hair, or maybe her demeanor, but regardless, I got a real glimpse into the future. It was surprisingly settling for a change.
By the way, I used to rock at these games when I was young. They have definitely made them harder since then!
They make it look so inviting with all those stuffies inside. My kids want to play them every time we see them as well although I don't often let them as I know they are harder than they look. I hope the appointment went well.
