We spent the morning getting our home classroom ready for online school. She is always such a great helper. She's been a good sport about getting a huge scrape on her face after an accident involving the dog. We also found out her best friend will be in her class, so that helps.
@kiwichick They are enrolled with a virtual school. Their regular school is starting online at first, but we wanted it to be more consistent. How are you all doing with this crazy school situation?
@tina_mac School would usually start tomorrow, but they are doing an orientation for teachers over the next two days with all the new protocols. The kids will go for 2 hours on either Thursday or Friday and then start full time next week. There are options though, including a graduated start back to school and possibly an online option although that was a late addition so no details yet. Many are choosing to homeschool their kids instead or enroll them in distance learning.
