We went to a fun outdoor holiday event over the weekend, that included a visit with Santa, wreath making, air brush tattoos, balloon creations, and a life size ginger bread house in a candy lane. There was supposed to be magical "snowfall" as well (artificially created), but it was too windy. I'm so happy my kids still enjoy these things.
